Access to and use of the ac998 Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ac998 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Before any withdrawal is processed, ac998 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All content on the ac998 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ac998 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of ac998.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of ac998. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform; your inability to access or use the Platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or any content obtained from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ac998's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where ac998's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, ac998 will provide reasonable notice to registered users prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Notice may be given by posting the updated Terms on ac998.org with a revised effective date, or by direct notification to registered users via the contact details held on account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining account balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac998 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption and fair play standards.
